Third Sector Connect (TSC) established in June 2019 with a passion to address the common management and operational hurdles and sustainability needs faced by non-profit and social enterprises (collectively "third sector"), through a shared services and collaborative network.
Main duties:
* Provide administrative support on materials or documents coordination, collection, organisation and consolidations
* Support daily operations
* Setup and attend meetings and take meeting notes
* Handle general enquiries
* Create, maintain and update records and databases
* Assist in ad hoc projects and any other duties as required
* Edit photos and videos for promotional uses
職位要求 Requirements
* Degree holder or above in social science or related disciplines
* Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
* Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
* Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Composed of diverse professionals with various background ranging from public and commercial sectors, Third Sector Connect provides non-profits and social enterprises with the tools and connection to take their projects to the next level. Currently TSC is listed on the Social Enterprise Business Center (SEBC) of Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS).
