關於「未來女性就業計劃」
To support young women's employment, St. James’ Settlement (SJS) and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited jointly introduced the "Women Futuremakers Employment Programme" in 2024. The programme aims at helping the young women to enhance their employability, and land a decent career in various fields such as sustainable, STEM, and art/ event-related jobs.

舊生實踐資助計劃
Alumnae Practical Subsidy Scheme (APSS)
為了支援「Women Futuremakers Employment Programme 未來女性就業計劃」之舊生，將過往學習、技能及經驗轉化為可展示、可檢視及可延續的個人發展或團隊具體行動，我們現推出「未來女性就業計劃」舊生實踐資助計劃（下稱資助計劃）。本資助計劃旨在鼓勵舊生大膽嘗試，資助舊生發展多元化的自主項目。
To support alumni of the Women Futuremakers Employment Programme in transforming their previous learning, skills, and experiences into demonstrable, verifiable, and sustainable personal or team actions, we are launching the Women Futuremakers Employment Programme Alumni Practice Funding Program (hereinafter referred to as the Funding Program). This Funding Program aims to encourage alumni to boldly explore and support the development of diverse, self-reliant projects.

「未來女性就業計劃」（延伸項目）
STEM 賽事助理實習課程(47小時)
是次課程為「未來女性就業計劃」的延伸項目，希望透過STEM Racing賽事的實戰參與及培訓，提升參加者對建造模型車的技術能力、模型賽車的專業視野、大型賽事的實務操作與協作經驗。
課程地址：葵涌大連排道金基工業大廈15樓F室
比賽地點：九龍塘達之路生產力局大樓

培訓機構：
培訓由STEM Racing Hong Kong 統籌，機構過去一直以獨一無二的STEM教育項目，透過全球學界模型F1賽車比賽，提升學生對STEM的興趣。
費用：
費用全免，需付按金$1000 (如有經濟困難者，可出示相關文件以申請豁免按金)；完成延伸項目後，誠邀新生參加未來女性就業計劃常設培訓，可獲$6000津貼！

第十一屆 課程詳情（已完結）
A. 就業技能培訓 (24小時)
透過互動及實務導向的學習模式，全方位提升參加者的職場軟實力，內容涵蓋專業形象建立、職涯規劃、職場心理健康、面試技巧及可持續發展概念等。
重點活動：

B. 主題：可持續發展（選修：STEM 或 藝術及活動策劃)
主修：可持續發展 (約24小時)
可持續發展培訓的目的在於提昇參加者對可持續發展的認知、裝備綠色知識及技能。參加者按個人職涯意向，選修 STEM 或 藝術及活動策劃，完成相關技能的証書課程，探索如何在該行業中實踐可持續發展理念：
重點活動：

可持續發展基礎課程：認識可持續發展的基本概念，例如ESG、SDGs、碳中和，掌握未來發展視野

體驗式學習：實地參觀非物質遺產，了解當中與可持續發展的關係。

款待業環保回收實踐及管理知識：深入了解香港現行款待業物料重用及實踐例子。

環保初創企業分享：認識材料重用理念，了解升級再造及文化保育。
2026年6月開班
C1. 選修：STEM（約44小時）
選修：STEM
參加者將學習科技思維及STEM技能，培養多元化的科技運用並了解行內趨勢，發展STEM相關職涯道路。培訓將結合STEM知識及可持續發展理念，適合對STEM、科技或數碼行業有興趣之人士。
重點活動：

44小時課程，學習熱門軟件及技術，如應用程式及聊天機械人、用戶介面/體驗(UI/UX)概念、基礎編程(coding)、CoSpaces VR/AR創作等。

設計思維，學習多角度思考使用者需要，製作STEM原型設計

與科技及環保初創企業 CEO 交流，了解業界科技應用與發展趨勢

透過STEM培訓，學習相關技術及理論，並與團隊合作將實用的科技技能，為專案加入科技元素回應社區及商業需求

C2. 選修：藝術及活動策劃(約44小時)
選修：藝術及活動策劃
參加者將裝備進入藝術與活動策劃行業的技能，並培養對市場趨勢的了解，開展藝術職涯探索。培訓將結合藝術知識及可持續發展理念，適合對活動策劃、基礎設計入門或創意產業有興趣之人士。
重點活動：

44小時密集課程，掌握平面設計、廣告設計及影片編輯的基礎知識及相關軟件，並建立自己的個人作品，為個人作品集打好基礎

認識最新人工智能工具，以更有效地創造多元化的作品

學習基礎數碼營銷理論，了解商業實際應用

策展相關的培訓，了解策展的相關基本知識及技巧，並以團隊從創意思維訓練開始，為專案注入靈感，共同策劃模擬展覽，應用所學

160 小時實習
完成培圳後，隨即於相關但不限於主題的公司﹑團體或機構開展實習。
完成160小時實習後，將獲得 6,000 元津貼。
Fees:
The program is free of charge. A deposit of HKD $1,000 is required.
(Those facing financial hardship may provide supporting documents to apply for a deposit waiver.)
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive an activity allowance of HKD $6,000.

為大力支持及推動女性就業，聖雅各福群會與渣打銀行（香港）有限公司攜手推出「Women Futuremakers Employment Programme 未來女性就業計劃」，旨在幫助待業女青年提升就業技能，投身不同行業，包括可持續發展、STEM及藝術相關行業等。為了支援計劃之舊生，將過往學習、技能及經驗轉化為可展示、可檢視及可延續的個人發展或團隊具體行動，我們現推出「未來女性就業計劃」舊生實踐資助計劃（下稱資助計劃）。
本資助計劃旨在鼓勵舊生大膽嘗試,資助舊生發展多元化的自主項目。我們深知某些具規模的項目需要較龐大的資金,本資助計劃的定位未必是全面資助項目的所有開支,但我們期望透過提供起步資助,協助學員以此為跳板實踐所學、累積實戰經驗、轉化為個人作品集,以及創造具備延續性的職涯發展機會。
To strongly support and promote female employment, St. James' Settlement and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited have jointly launched the "Women Futuremakers Employment Programme". The programme aims to assist unemployed young women in enhancing their employability skills and entering various industries, including sustainability, STEM, and art-related sectors. To support programme alumnae in transforming their past learning, skills, and experience into showcaseable, reviewable, and sustainable personal development or concrete team actions, we are launching the "Women Futuremakers Employment Programme" Alumnae Practical Subsidy Scheme (APSS) (hereinafter referred to as the "Subsidy Scheme").
This Subsidy Scheme aims to encourage alumnae to make bold attempts and subsidize them in developing diverse, self-initiated projects. We fully recognize that large-scale projects require substantial funding. While this scheme is not intended to cover the entirety of a project's operating expenses, we aim to provide crucial seed funding that acts as a catalyst. We hope this support serves as a springboard for participants to put their learning into practice, gain hands-on experience, build a portfolio, and create opportunities for sustainable career development.

提供低風險的試驗機會，讓舊生驗證個人品牌、自僱、自由工作、作品集、服務、產品或活動概念的可行性。

協助舊生累積可展示、可檢視及可延續的成果,作為日後求職、轉職、自僱或持續發展

Assist alumnae in converting past learning, skills, experience, and personal interests into concrete career actions.
-
Boost alumnae’s self-efficacy, and execution capability through self-planned and self-executed projects.

Provide a low-risk testing opportunity for alumnae to validate the feasibility of their personal branding, self-employment, freelancing, portfolio, service, product, or event concepts.

Assist alumnae in accumulating showcaseable, reviewable, and sustainable outcomes as a foundation for future job-seeking, career transition, self-employment, or continuous development.
申請資格及須知 Application Eligibility & Notes
申請資格：
必須為「未來女性就業計劃」各屆舊生。
-
個人組：以個人身份參與。
-
團隊組：申請人及所有團隊成員均須為「未來女性就業計劃」參加者。
在項目評分相若的情況下，名額將優先考慮有就業需要、正處於職涯轉型或探索階段，正尋求自僱發展機會；在過往計劃培訓達八成或以上出席率之申請者。
Eligibility:
Must be alumnae from any cohort of the "Women Futuremakers Employment Programme".

Individual Stream: Participating in an individual capacity.
-
Team Stream: The applicant and all team members must be participants of the "Women Futuremakers Employment Programme".
In cases where project scores are similar, priority will be given to applicants with employment needs, those in career transition or exploration stages, those seeking self-employment opportunities, and those who achieved an attendance rate of 80% or above in past programme training.
申請須知：

每名舊生在資助計劃中，只可提交或參與一項申請；
-
不可同時申請個人組及參與團隊組、不可同時參與兩個不同團隊；
-
團隊須指定一名主要聯絡人；
-
項目須與職涯、就業、自僱、技能實踐或作品展示有合理關聯；
-
須在指定執行期內完成；
-
須履行文件報告、成果展示及財務要求；
-
申請人須先完成線上報名，在截止日期前提交項目提案書及預算表；
-
必須親自出席提案評審。
Application Notes:
-
Each alumna may only submit or participate in one application in this Subsidy Scheme.
-
Applicants cannot apply under both Individual and Team streams, nor can they join two different teams simultaneously.
-
Teams must designate one primary contact person.
-
Projects must have a reasonable connection to career development, employment, self-employment, skill practice, or portfolio showcase.
-
Projects must be completed within the designated implementation period.
-
Applicants must fulfill documentation reporting, outcome showcase, and financial requirements.
-
Applicants must complete online registration and submit the Project Proposal and Budget Plan before the deadline.
-
Applicants must attend the Proposal Pitching Session in person.
