關於「未來女性就業計劃」

To support young women's employment, St. James’ Settlement (SJS) and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited jointly introduced the "Women Futuremakers Employment Programme" in 2024. The programme aims at helping the young women to enhance their employability, and land a decent career in various fields such as sustainable, STEM, and art/ event-related jobs.

Women Futuremakers Employment Programme -Special Programme: Cohort 8

Our first cohort conducted in English, aiming to cater English speakers in Hong Kong who face challenges in employment and cultural integration. We welcome women in all ethnicities.

It is aimed to enhance their employability, confidence, and economic independence through job skills training. With integrated sustainability concepts, we aim to raise awareness among ethnic minority women in Hong Kong about circular fashion and the city's growing demand for it (e.g., reducing textile waste).

計劃將首次以英文進行，旨在為面臨就業及融入本地文化挑戰的非華語女性提供支持。我們歡迎所有種族的女性參與。

透過學習求職技能，提升女性群體的就業能力、自信心和經濟獨立性。培訓內容旨在結合永續發展概念，提高女性對循環時尚的認知，及香港對循環時尚日益增長的需求（例如，減少紡織廢料）。

Fees:

The program is free of charge. A deposit of HKD $1,000 is required.
(Those facing financial hardship may provide supporting documents to apply for a deposit waiver.)

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive an activity allowance of HKD $6,000.

A. Pre Employment Training

A comprehensive training series designed to enhance workplace soft skills, covering professional image building, career planning, basic labour rights, financial essentials, and sustainability concepts through interactive and practical learning.

Key Activities:：

Future Skills: Sustainability experiential activity, Financial Planning workshop
Professional Image Building: Personal branding, Color analysis
Job-related Skills: CV writing & Interview techniques, Basic Labour Law workshop, Workplace communication etiquette

A. 就業技能培訓

透過互動及實務導向的學習模式，全方位提升參加者的職場軟實力，內容涵蓋專業形象建立、職涯規劃、基礎勞工權益、財務基礎知識及可持續發展概念等。

重點活動：

未來技能：可持續概念體驗式活動、理財工作坊
專業形象建立：個人品牌建立、色彩分析
職業相關技能：CV 撰寫及面試技巧、基礎勞工法例工作坊、職場溝通禮儀

B. Sustainable development 可持續發展

Sustainable development has become an important trend across various industries. The new phase of training will collaborate with Look Cool Do Good, aiming to achieve creative transformation with sustainability through upcycled fashion. Look Cool Do Good, is a social enterprise with a strong focus on Human-Centered Design Thinking (HCDT), creative transformation, sustainable fashion, and textile upcycling.

Course Outline:

Module 1: Foundations of Sustainability & Human-Centered Design (6 hours)

Module 2: Concept Ideation & Creative Transformation (10 hours)

Module 3: Textile Material Sourcing & Sustainable Practice (8 hours)

Module 4: Product Development & Prototyping Lab (14 hours)

Module 5: Branding, Storytelling & Marketing Campaign (10 hours)

Module 6: Project Management & Event Planning (10 hours)

Module 7: Final Rehearsal, Feedback & Execution Readiness (10 hours)

可持續發展已成為各行各業的重要趨勢，新一期培訓將與Look Cool Do Good合作，旨在透過升級再造時尚，實現具可持續性的創意性轉化。Look Cool Do Good 一直注重以人為本的設計思維（HCDT）、創意轉型、可持續時尚，以及紡織品升級再造。

C. Community Showcase and Preparation Details 社區展示及準備細節 (Equivalent to the 160-Hour Internship 相當於 160 小時實習)

The $6,000 allowance is awarded upon successful completion of the community showcase, encompassing all preparation activities and on-site support.

Preparation attendance will be overseen by trainers, coaches, and mentors to ensure engagement and progress.

160-Hour Breakdown(Conducted on Weekdays from March to May)

20 hours: Weekend event (Scheduled for one weekend in May; final dates will be confirmed by mid-January).
20 hours: Direct supervision (Through in-person or Zoom meetings with trainers, coaches, and mentors).
60 hours: On-site group workshops.
60 hours: Take-home assignments and product design.

成功完成社區展示活動後，將獲得 6,000 元津貼，涵蓋所有準備活動和現場支援。

培訓師、教練和導師將協助準備工作，以確保參與及進度。

STEM

在各行各業數碼化的大趨勢下，STEM（科學、技術、工程和數學）的知識和應用在就業市場中越來越重要，未來技能可以助你適應科技發展的挑戰，於職場上掌握先機。

參加者將學習科技相關的知識，以專題探究形式探討STEM的商業應用趨勢，並設計創新的STEM教育活動，一方面探索STEM教育出路，一方面裝備未來工作思維和技能，應用於不同的工作項目上。

重點活動：

認識STEM的不同面向，深入了解STEM的知識、技術及應用，培養全方位的視野
約30小時多元化STEM技能證書課程，參加者有機會學習以下技術：人工智能 (AI)、擴增實境 (AR) 和編程 (Coding)
約20小時STEM教育工作坊，參加者將著手製作教材、設計教育活動方案，並應用STEM工具，啟發STEM教育方案的原型設計
數碼港企業導覽、與多個科企創辦人交流、掌握STEM商業應用趨勢
迪士尼STEM體驗或沈浸式科技展館，體驗創意與科技的結合
以模擬STEM教育工作坊展示學習成果，優異作品有機會在學校試行

藝術/ 活動策劃 Art & Event Planning

藝術及活動策劃：

參加者將裝備進入藝術與活動策劃行業的技能，並培養對市場趨勢的了解，開展藝術職涯探索。培訓將結合藝術知識及可持續發展理念，適合對活動策劃、基礎設計入門或創意產業有興趣之人士。

重點活動：

36小時密集課程，掌握平面設計、廣告設計及影片編輯的基礎知識及相關軟件，並建立自己的個人作品，為個人作品集打好基礎
認識最新人工智能工具，以更有效地創造多元化的作品
學習基礎數碼營銷理論，了解商業實際應用
策展相關的培訓，了解策展的相關基本知識及技巧，並以團隊從創意思維訓練開始，為專案注入靈感，共同策劃模擬展覽，應用所學

計劃有何參加資格？
What are the eligibility requirements for the program?

16-35歲女性，具就業意向；無相關經驗、來自任何學術背景都歡迎。（需通過面試）

Women aged 16-35 with employment intentions; no relevant experience required, welcome from any academic background. (Must pass interview)

完成培訓及實習會否有證書或相關證明？
Will there be a certificate or related proof upon completion of training and internship?

有，完成培訓，並達八成出席率(活動首日及成果分享日必須出席)及完成160小時實習後會獲得由聖雅各福群會發出的計劃出席證明。

Yes, upon completing the training with at least 80% attendance (must attend the first day of activities and the community showcase) and completing 160 hours of internship, you will receive a program attendance certificate issued by St. James' Settlement.

培訓有出席率要求嗎？津貼會幾時發放呢？
Is there an attendance requirement for the training? When will the allowance be distributed?

有，參加者需至少出席八成培訓(活動首日及成果分享日必須出席)，才能取得實習機會。完成整個實習，即160小時後會獲發$6000實習津貼，並獲退還$1000按金。

Yes, participants must attend at least 80% of the training (must attend the first day of activities and the community showcase) to obtain internship opportunities. Upon completing the entire internship, i.e., 160 hours, you will receive a $6000 internship allowance and the $1000 deposit will be refunded.

面試的內容是？
What is the content of the interview?

大會會透過面試了解你參與計劃的目標、就業意向和需要，並向你介紹計劃內容。

The organizer will understand your goals for participating in the program, employment intentions, and needs through the interview, and introduce the program content to you.

幾時繳交$1000 按金？幾時退還呢？
When should I pay the $1000 deposit? When will it be refunded?

參加者需在獲取取錄資格後，3天內繳交按金。在完成培訓及實習，並達出席率要求後會獲退還按金。

Participants must pay the deposit within 3 days after obtaining admission qualification. The deposit will be refunded after completing the training and internship and meeting the attendance requirements.

甚麼情況下可退回按金？
Under what circumstances can the deposit be refunded?

1. 完成培訓，並達出席率要求(活動首日及成果展示必須出席)；及
2.1 完成160小時實習；或
2.2 實習申請期起計三個月內，及簽署實習同意書前，提供全新工作的全職證明，其到職日期亦需於三個月內

1. Complete the training and meet the attendance requirements (must attend the first day of activities and the community showcase); and
2.1 Complete 160 hours of internship; or
2.2 Within three months from the internship application period, and before signing the internship agreement, provide proof of a new full-time job, with the start date also within three months.

能否參與多於一個主題的培訓呢？
Can I participate in training for more than one theme?

每名參加者只能報讀一個主題，參加者可向職員聯絡了解更多計劃詳情以作決定。

Each participant can only enroll in one theme. Participants can contact staff to learn more about the program details to make a decision.

實習期幾時開始和結束呢？開始的日期可以和公司商量嗎？
When does the internship period start and end? Can the start date be negotiated with the company?

實習會在培訓結束後開始，並建議於培訓後三個月內完成。開始日期是否能調整要視乎個別公司規定，參加者需預留時間完成實習。實習機會設有一年有效期，如未能配合該期實習，同工將於未來一年持續發放實習資訊，以供選擇。

***因應新一期的特別安排，以上情況不應用於02/2026，可持續發展培訓期數當中。

The internship will start after the training ends and is recommended to be completed within three months after the training. Whether the start date can be adjusted depends on the individual company's regulations. Participants need to reserve time to complete the internship. The internship opportunity has a one-year validity period. If unable to match the current internship, staff will continue to provide internship information over the next year for selection.

我本身有兼職工作，有無實習適合呢？
I already have a part-time job, are there suitable internships?

時數總數是160小時，全職實習約為期一個月，兼職實習要視乎個別公司安排。過往的實習模式包括全職、遙距工作、兼職、週末工作。

The total hours are 160 hours. Full-time internship is about one month, part-time internship depends on individual company arrangements. Past internship modes include full-time, remote work, part-time, weekend work.

如何挑選實習公司？配對機制？
How to select internship companies? Matching mechanism?

參加者成功入選計劃後，將獲得實習公司詳情。在實習報名期內填選網上表格，遞交實習意願，並自行遞交履歷表，由公司安排面試及配對。實習會按以下考量配對：提交的個人陳述/履歷表、面試表現、職位空缺及要求、實習時間等，公司有權篩選。

After participants are successfully selected for the program, they will receive details of internship companies. During the internship registration period, fill out the online form, submit internship preferences, and submit resumes themselves. The company will arrange interviews and matching. Internships will be matched based on the following considerations: submitted personal statements/resumes, interview performance, job vacancies and requirements, internship time, etc. The company has the right to screen.

實習公司有何選擇？
What choices are there for internship companies?

實習的公司會按參加者的培訓主題而定，如參與STEM主題之培訓，便設有相關背景或工作公作內容的公司。公司名單會在培訓開始後公佈。實習崗位包括前線/ 後勤崗位：

STEM：STEAM教育，數碼媒體設計，教學助理，IT部門助理等
可持續發展：數碼營銷，環保教育，採購助理，店鋪助理等
藝術及活動策劃：畫廊營運，社交媒體與內容創作，市場推廣等

***因應新一期的特別安排，以上情況不應用於02/2026，可持續發展培訓期數當中。

Internship companies will depend on the participant's training theme, such as for STEM theme training, companies with related backgrounds or work content. The company list will be announced after the training starts. Internship positions include front-line/back-office positions:

STEM: STEAM education, digital media design, teaching assistant, IT department assistant, etc.
Sustainable Development: Digital marketing, environmental education, procurement assistant, store assistant, etc.
Arts and Event Planning: Gallery operations, social media and content creation, marketing, etc.

***Due to the special arrangements for the upcoming program, the above situations do not apply to the 02/2026 cohort.

如果我在報名階段正尋找工作，有公司通知我在實習期間返工，我可否退出實習？
If I am job hunting during the application stage, and a company notifies me to start work during the internship period, can I withdraw from the internship?

報名後需經過面試遴選，候選人是否能完成整個計劃為我們其中一個考量。參加者需完成實習環節方可視為正式完成計劃內容，並獲實習津貼。

After application, there is an interview selection, and whether the candidate can complete the entire program is one of our considerations. Participants must complete the internship segment to be considered as formally completing the program content and receive the internship allowance.

如果我在培訓途中獲得全職工作，不實習，我是否可獲退回按金呢？
If I get a full-time job during the training and do not do the internship, can I get the deposit refunded?

正常情況下，參加者需完成培訓及實習，並達出席率要求後方獲退還按金。如果於培訓途中獲得全職工作，安排如下：

(1）未完成培訓：將不會獲發還按金。
(2）已完成培訓：需在簽署實習同意書前出示工作證明、例如**合約等證明全職崗位，經大會檢查後可獲退回按金。
(3）已完成培訓，並已簽署實習同意書：在實習開始前/實習期間獲全職工作，退出實習，將不會獲發還按金。

**合約需為全新合約，並在確認計劃名額後簽署及開始。

Under normal circumstances, participants must complete the training, internship and meet the attendance requirements before the deposit is refunded. If you obtain a full-time job during the training, the arrangements are as follows:
(1) Not completed training: The deposit will not be refunded.
(2) Completed training: Must present proof of work, such as **contract proving full-time position, before signing the internship agreement, and after inspection by the organizer, the deposit can be refunded.
(3) Completed training and signed internship agreement: If you get a full-time job before the internship starts/during the internship and withdraw from the internship, the deposit will not be refunded.

**The contract must be a new contract, signed and started after confirming the program slot.
